A factory-welded open base with full stainless cross-bracing keeps the table rigid and easy to clean while leaving the area below completely open for carts, ingredient bins, or future accessories.

The 14-gauge top—already 40 % thicker than standard 18-gauge tables—handles up to approximately 1,200 lb. of evenly-distributed load when paired with the factory rear cross-brace. Two roll-formed galvanized hat channels run the full length beneath the work surface, preventing sag so the table stays perfectly level from day one.
