Open-base baker’s table with heavy-duty galvanized frame

Perfect for bakeries, cafés, test kitchens and commissaries, the TH2G-308 pairs a handsome 1-3/4" thick laminated hard-maple top with a rugged, open galvanized base. At a full 8 feet wide, it offers abundant real estate for dough work, plating, small appliance staging and more—all while meeting NSF sanitation standards.

  • Wipe daily with warm, soapy water or a mild countertop cleaner—avoid abrasives.
  • Do not let standing water remain on the wood top for extended periods.
  • For stubborn stains, a diluted bleach solution or acetone-based nail-polish remover may be used without harming the factory finish.
  • If the top is ever cut, drilled or sanded, reseal the exposed wood immediately with a food-safe urethane such as Wood Welded® Emmet’s Good Stuff®.
