According to Advance Tabco’s load charts, a 14-gauge flat-top table over 84" with a center leg is rated for 1,500 lb. distributed load. The open-base design (no undershelf) reduces that by 20%, resulting in an impressive ≈1,200 lb. working capacity* — more than enough for mixers, slicers and stacked hotel pans.
