- 1 ½" rear up-turn shields walls and keeps liquids on the work surface.
- Sanitary 1 5⁄8" rolled rim along the front; square side edges allow flush line-ups.
- Open-base frame with 1 5⁄8" rear and 1 ¼" side tubular stainless steel cross-rails for rock-solid stability.
- Three roll-formed hat channels (welded & adhesive bonded) prevent sagging and keep the top level.
