Crafted from heavy-duty 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel and braced on six TIG-welded legs, this Advance Tabco work table is engineered to handle the daily grind of high-volume kitchens while leaving the entire floor area beneath open for carts, ingredient bins or bulky equipment.

Load Capacity

Advance Tabco rates a 16 ga stainless top at 1,200 lb distributed load when fitted with a center leg set. Because this model ships with an open base (no undershelf), the manufacturer advises applying a 0.8 multiplier, resulting in an approximate working capacity of 960 lb — more than enough for mixers, slicers and stacked sheet pans.
