According to Advance Tabco’s load guidelines, a 16-gauge top 84"+ long with center leg support carries 1,200 lb. of distributed weight. With an open base (no undershelf) that capacity is approx. 960 lb. — more than enough for mixers, ingredient bins and bulk cookware.
