Engineered for the rigours of commercial bakeries yet handsome enough for any open-kitchen concept, the Advance Tabco TBS-364 bakers table combines a premium 1 ¾" hard-maple work surface with a rock-solid stainless steel frame. A 4" coved splash on three sides keeps flour, dough and utensils contained, while full-length stretchers and welded gussets deliver unmatched stability shift after shift.

  • 4" high coved riser at rear and both ends to prevent product loss and speed clean-up.
  • Factory-applied, UV-cured food-safe finish resists stains and moisture.
  • Open-base design with 1 5/8" Ø stainless steel legs and cross rails for maximum leg room.
  • Welded front-to-back stretchers and bolt-on side stretcher (assembly required) for extra rigidity.
  • Adjustable 1" stainless steel bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.

  • Clean daily with mild soapy water or approved countertop cleaner; avoid abrasive pads or powders.
  • Wipe spills promptly and do not allow standing moisture on the surface.
  • If the top is cut or sanded, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane such as Emmet’s Good Stuff®.
  • For unfinished or heavily used tops, re-oil or re-finish as desired to maintain appearance and prevent warping.
