Three individually controlled sealed wells—each with its own drain—deliver reliable wet or dry heat while a full-length 3/8" poly cutting board doubles as a convenient plating shelf. Built from food-service-grade stainless steel and supported by a galvanized undershelf, this NSF and UL listed unit is engineered for years of trouble-free buffet, cafeteria, and catering use.
