• 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel top – thicker, stronger, and more corrosion-resistant than 16 ga. or galvanized alternatives.
• 1-5/8" sanitary rolled rim on front & rear with square side edges for drip-free, flush mounting to adjoining equipment.
• Three galvanized hat channels under the 36"-deep top maintain a level, vibration-free surface.
• Entire top is TIG welded, sound-deadened, and mechanically polished to a satin finish.
• 18 gauge stainless steel undershelf mounts with die-cast leg clamps—no visible nuts or bolts—and adjusts up or down to store bulk ingredients, pans, or small appliances.
• 1 ⅝" Ø tubular stainless steel legs with 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
• Pre-engineered welded angle adapters under the top accept optional drawers without field drilling.
