- 5/8" thick reversible Poly-Vance© cutting surface—non-porous and easy to sanitize.
- 12 ga. 304 stainless steel angle frame with die-formed flush tabs keeps the work surface perfectly flat.
- (6) 1 ⅝" Ø 16 ga. 304 stainless steel legs with welded gussets for maximum rigidity.
- Height-adjustable 16 ga. stainless steel undershelf holds pans, ingredients and smallwares.
- 1" stainless adjustable bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- Front-to-back stretchers are welded; left-to-right stretcher bolts on (hardware included) for fast on-site assembly.
- All TIG-welded construction; exposed welds are satin-polished for a professional finish.
- NSF certified for safe, hygienic food-contact use.
