Built for high-volume prep lines, the Poly-Vance table combines a thick, knife-friendly cutting surface with rugged all-stainless support—delivering a sanitary solution that’s ready for years of commercial abuse.

Key Features

• Reversible 5/8" Poly-Vance© polyethylene top—gentle on knives, resists stains & odors.
• 6" high rear stainless steel backsplash contains spills and keeps product on the board.
• TIG-welded Type 304 stainless steel frame, legs & adjustable undershelf for maximum rigidity.
• Die-cast “leg-to-shelf” clamps secure the shelf without exposed nuts or bolts.
• 1-5/8" Ø, 16-gauge stainless legs with welded gussets; six-leg support on 8 ft models for added stability.
• 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet let you level the table on uneven floors.
• All exposed surfaces mechanically polished to a satin finish.
• NSF Listed for food-contact safety.
