Engineered for high-volume bar service, this Underbar Basics™ unit pairs a cast-aluminum cold plate with a fully insulated ice chest—delivering ice-cold mixes and lightning-fast drink prep shift after shift.

Key Features

  • Integrated 10-circuit cold plate (sealed into bin floor) chills 8 syrup and 2 water lines.
  • 12" deep, foam-insulated chest holds up to 119 lb of ice.
  • 22 ga 300 series stainless steel ice bin, apron, and 4" backsplash for superior corrosion resistance.
  • 20 ga 430 series stainless steel sides withstand daily bumps behind the bar.
  • (2) removable injection-molded bottle racks keep up to six 1-qt flavor bottles within reach.
  • 1/2" IPS drain for quick melt-water removal.
  • 1 5/8" Ø galvanized legs with adjustable bullet feet and side cross-bracing for rock-solid stability.
  • NSF listed for safe, sanitary operation.

Bottle racks must be removed when the optional sliding cover is installed to maintain NSF compliance.
