The Advance Tabco MACP-4-DR is a self-contained refrigerated cold pan table with stainless steel construction, an enclosed base, rear storage, and sliding doors.
- The insulated 57-15/16-inch wide by 20-inch deep by 8-inch deep well accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch pans up to 6-1/4 inches deep.
- A digital programmable thermostat, expansion valve, and R290 refrigerant support the self-contained refrigeration system.
- The table includes an 8-inch deep, 3/8-inch thick cutting board and a 1-inch drain.
- Food should already be chilled; the unit is not designed to cool foods that are originally warm.
