- 1 5/8" sanitary rolled rim front edge & 1 5/8" square side edges
- Two roll-formed hat channels stud-welded under the top for a perfectly level surface
- 18 ga. stainless steel adjustable undershelf secured by die-cast leg clamps – no visible bolts
- Six 1 5/8" Ø tubular stainless steel legs with welded stainless gussets
- 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet level the table on uneven floors
- All TIG-welded construction; exposed welds polished to match adjoining surfaces
- Sound-deadening material under the top reduces vibration & noise
- NSF listed & shipped KD (knocked down) to lower freight costs
