- Sprawling 132" W x 36" D surface handles large-volume mise en place, plating, or packing stations.
- 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel top with sanitary 1 5/8" rolled rim front edge for added rigidity and comfort.
- Integrated 5" high backsplash with 1" return keeps tools and ingredients from slipping off the rear edge.
- Three roll-formed galvanized hat channels are stud-welded under the top to maintain a perfectly level work surface.
- Entire top is TIG-welded, sound-deadened, and finished to a smooth satin polish for fast, easy cleanup.
- Adjustable 18-gauge galvanized undershelf secured by die-cast leg clamps—no exposed nuts or bolts.
