• 5" rear backsplash with 1" return protects surrounding walls from splatter.
• One-piece 14 ga. type 304 stainless steel top is mechanically polished to a satin finish and sound-deadened for quieter operation.
• Uni-body cabinet (18 ga. 430 stainless) is TIG-welded to form a rigid, easy-to-sanitize enclosure.
• Double-panel hinged doors with recessed inner panels add strength and stay true through years of use.
• Hat-channel reinforcement under the top maintains a perfectly level work surface under heavy loads.
• Stainless steel legs bolt to the base and include 1 ½" adjustable hex feet for fast, wobble-free leveling.
• NSF listed for safe use in food-zone applications.
