- Pilot-light access openings for fast ignition checks and servicing.
- 8 in. deep galvanized well liners accept optional spillage pans for wet-heat holding.
- Full-length 8 in. D stainless steel support shelf and removable 3/8 in. white poly cutting board for carving and plating.
- Galvanized undershelf, 1-5/8 in. Ø galvanized legs, and adjustable bullet feet for rock-solid stability.
