Built for high-volume cafeterias, buffets, and catering lines, the Triumph (Supreme) keeps pre-cooked entrées and sides hot, fresh, and ready for service while giving staff a convenient cutting/serving surface and roomy undershelf storage. Advance Tabco’s rugged, all-metal construction and “Proven” adjustable undershelf clamp ensure day-in, day-out reliability.

• Five standard 12" x 20" hot wells – each with individual Hi-Med-Low control.
• 3,500 BTU jet burner per well (17,500 BTU total) with easy-access pilot indicator openings.
• 20-ga. type 302 stainless steel top resists scratches, stains, and corrosion.
• Fiberglass insulation between compartments reduces energy loss and keeps outer surfaces cooler.
• 8" deep galvanized liners accommodate full-size or fractional pans.
• Full-length 8" stainless support shelf with removable 3⁄8" white poly cutting board for plating or carving.
• Adjustable galvanized undershelf and 1 5⁄8" O.D. galvanized legs with 1" bullet feet.
• 1⁄2" female NPT rear gas connection (10" WC LP) – external pressure regulator required.
• Ships knocked-down to minimize freight; quick bolt-up assembly with die-cast leg clamps.
