Built for high-volume service lines, the Triumph Supreme keeps pre-cooked entrées, sides, and soups at food-safe temperatures while providing a sturdy 8" deep work shelf and removable cutting board for speedy plating and garnish.

  • 20-ga #302 stainless steel top with die-stamped pan openings (11.875" × 20.062") for a drip-free fit.

  • Fiberglass insulation isolates each compartment for fuel efficiency and cooler exterior surfaces.
  • 8" deep stainless support shelf with removable 3/8" white poly cutting board included.
  • Durable 22-ga #430 stainless body; galvanized undershelf and 1-5/8" Ø galvanized legs with adjustable bullet feet.
  • 1/2" FNPT rear gas inlet; factory-set for Natural Gas (4" W.C.) – external regulator supplied.
