Its fully welded, 300-series stainless steel body, deep ice well, and integrated cutting board turn this unit into a true back-of-house workhorse that looks great front-of-house.

Key Features & Benefits

• Ice-cooled well holds (3) standard 12" x 20" pans up to 6-1/4" deep, with additional space below for crushed or cubed ice.
• 8" deep, 18 ga. #302 stainless steel welded liner is NSF certified and fully insulated with fiberglass to minimize ice melt.
• Removable 3/8" white poly cutting board (8" deep) on a stainless support shelf—ideal for garnishing, plating, or quick prep.
• 1" diameter drain simplifies daily ice melt removal; connect directly to a floor drain or bucket.
• 18 ga. #304 stainless steel enclosed base (front & sides) with an open rear and fixed undershelf for bulk storage.
• 16 ga. stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet let you level the unit on uneven floors.
• Ships knocked down (KD) for easier delivery through tight doorways; quick, straightforward assembly.
