Built for the most demanding prep lines, the HB-SS-3012M delivers a massive 12 ft. work surface, rock-solid construction, and fully enclosed storage that keeps equipment, ingredients, and smallwares clean and close at hand.

  • Heavy-duty 14 ga type 304 stainless steel flat top is TIG-welded, mechanically polished to a satin finish, and sound-deadened for a quieter kitchen.
  • 1 5/8" sanitary rolled rim on the front and 1 5/8" square-bend edges on the sides and rear help contain spills and protect staff.
  • Uni-body cabinet (18 ga type 430 stainless) with welded sides, back, and fixed mid-shelf for exceptional rigidity.
  • Six double-panel stainless hinged doors with recessed inner panels add strength while keeping stored items dust-free.
  • Six stainless steel legs bolt to the base and include 1 1/2" adjustable hex feet for fast leveling on uneven floors.
  • Reinforced hat channel understructure maintains a level work surface under heavy loads.
