The 1-3/4" thick laminated hard maple top is factory-finished, food-safe and ready for heavy-duty rolling, kneading and plating.

• Do not let standing water remain on the top for extended periods.
• For stubborn stains, use a diluted bleach solution or non-acetone nail-polish remover.
• If the top is cut or sanded, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane gel finish.
