• 1-3/4" thick laminated hard maple work surface with factory-applied, UV-cured protective finish.
• Heavy-duty 18 ga. stainless steel undershelf—fully adjustable to fit mixers, ingredient bins or sheet pans.
• (6) 1 5/8" Ø stainless steel legs (8 ft. models receive six legs for extra stability).
• Gussets welded to support channels for a rigid, wobble-free frame.
• Die-cast “leg-to-shelf” clamps lock the shelf in place—no exposed nuts or bolts.
• 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for quick leveling on uneven floors.

Care & Cleaning

• Clean with warm soapy water or a non-abrasive kitchen surface cleaner—no scouring pads or powders.
• Wipe spills promptly; do not allow standing water on the wood top.
• Stubborn stains (e.g., red wine) can be removed with a mild bleach solution or non-acetone nail-polish remover.
• If the top is cut or sanded, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane such as Wood Welded® Emmet’s Good Stuff®.
