Built to Perform
- 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel top is TIG-welded, mechanically polished to a sanitary satin finish, and fully sound-deadened.
- 5" backsplash with 1" return keeps splashes off walls and boosts top capacity by 10%*.
- Uni-body design – sides, rear panel, and hat-section reinforcement are welded together for maximum rigidity.
- Stainless steel bolt-on legs with 1 ½" adjustable hex feet level the table on uneven floors.
- Open-front cabinet base speeds up plate, pan, and utensil retrieval while keeping the rest of the base enclosed and protected.
- NSF listed for safe use in all food-zone applications.
