5" rear backsplash • open front cabinet base • NSF listedBuilt for heavy, high-volume prep, the EK-SS-364 combines a rugged 14-gauge 304 stainless steel top with a sanitary, open-front cabinet base—giving chefs immediate access to pans, smallware, or bulk ingredients while keeping the work area clean and organized.

- Premium 14-gauge, type 304 top – satin-polished, sound-deadened, and reinforced with a welded hat channel.
- 5" integral backsplash with 1" return helps protect surrounding walls from splatter.
- Sanitary rolled rim (1 5⁄8") on the front edge; square bends on sides for a tight, flush line-up.
- UNI-BODY cabinet – 18-gauge 430 stainless steel sides & back are TIG-welded to create a rigid, enclosed structure with an open front for fast loading/unloading.
- Stainless steel bolt-on legs with 1 1⁄2" adjustable hex bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- NSF listed for use in all food-zone applications.
