Built for serious food-service duty, the EF-SS-243 gives you a rock-solid 14-gauge work surface, a convenient 1½-inch splash to protect surrounding walls, and a roomy cabinet base that keeps frequently used items right at hand—all in a sanitary, NSF-listed package that stands up to daily commercial abuse.
