Built for high-volume production lines, commissaries and institutional kitchens, the Advance Tabco EF-SS-2410 delivers a massive 10 ft. prep surface, rugged 14-gauge 304 stainless steel construction and a sanitary 1 ½" rear up-turn that shields walls from splash-back. A fully welded, uni-body cabinet base encloses the sides and back while leaving the front open for fast grab-and-go storage of smallwares, bus tubs or ingredient bins—no doors to slow you down.
