• Sanitary 1 5⁄8" rolled rim on front & square-bend edges on sides for operator safety
• All TIG-welded construction; exposed welds are polished to match adjacent surfaces
• 6 bolt-on stainless-steel legs (unit ships with six because length exceeds 7 ft)
