• 16 ga. type 304 stainless steel flat top with 1-5/8" square edge on all four sides
• Unit-body construction—TIG-welded sides, back & mid-shelf create one rigid, seamless structure
• Top is mechanically polished to a satin finish and sound-deadened for quieter operation
• Open base with fixed stainless steel mid-shelf for easy access to dish racks and smallwares
• Six bolt-on stainless steel legs with 1-1/2" adjustable bullet feet (extra legs supplied on 7' models for added stability)
• Roll-formed galvanized hat channels reinforce the top for superior load capacity
