  • 16 ga. Type 304 stainless steel flat top with 1 5⁄8" square edge on all four sides.
  • Mechanically polished satin finish with sound-deadening for quieter operations.
  • 18 ga. Type 430 stainless steel body – sides, back and shelf TIG-welded into a single rigid structure.
  • Open base plus fixed stainless mid-shelf doubles usable storage while promoting airflow for faster drying.
  • Bolt-on stainless steel legs with 1 ½" adjustable bullet feet level the cabinet on uneven floors.
  • All exposed welds ground and finished to match adjacent surfaces for a seamless, sanitary appearance.
