Purpose-built for high-volume bars that never miss a pour, the Underbar Basics™ 48" cocktail unit combines a foam-insulated 12" deep ice chest with an integrated 7-circuit cold plate. Pour, chill and serve with maximum speed while keeping ice, syrups and water lines perfectly separated and sanitary.
