Built from heavy-duty stainless steel and certified NSF, it provides the durability, hygiene and capacity large commercial kitchens rely on every day.

- Expansive 144" W x 30" D flat work surface—ideal for high-volume prep, plating and assembly lines.
- 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel top with 1 5/8" sanitary rolled front rim and square-bent side/rear edges.
- TIG-welded, hat-channel reinforced top is sound-deadened and mechanically polished to a satin finish.
- Uni-body cabinet base with full-length fixed mid-shelf for organized, enclosed storage.
- Smooth-gliding sliding doors feature recessed handles; rear flush panel protects contents from splash-back.
- Six bolt-on stainless steel legs (units 7′ and longer) with 1 1/2" adjustable hex feet for fast, wobble-free leveling.
- Constructed with 18-gauge type 430 stainless steel sides, back and doors for corrosion-resistant longevity.
