1-3/4" hard-maple work surface with 3-tier right-side drawers & stainless baseBuilt for busy bakeshops, restaurants and commissaries, the BST-364R pairs a rugged stainless steel frame with a premium butcher-block surface and built-in storage. Its coved 4" risers keep ingredients contained, while the three extra-deep drawers keep smallwares right where you need them.

Care & Maintenance
