- Clean with mild soapy water or non-abrasive countertop cleaner; wipe dry.

- If the top is cut, sanded or machined, re-seal immediately with a food-safe urethane such as Emmet’s Good Stuff®.
- Condition unfinished edges periodically with food-grade mineral oil.
