Key Features
- 1 ¾" thick laminated hard-maple top reinforced with steel rods.
- 4" coved risers on rear and both sides keep flour & ingredients contained.
- UV-cured, food-safe finish resists stains and wipes clean easily.
- 18 ga. stainless steel undershelf adjusts without tools via die-cast clamps.
- 1 5/8" O.D. stainless steel legs with welded gussets for maximum rigidity.
- 1" adjustable stainless steel hex/bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- NSF listed for compliance with commercial food-service codes.

Care & Cleaning
- Clean with warm soapy water or a mild countertop cleaner; avoid abrasive powders.
- Wipe spills promptly—do not allow moisture to stand on the wood surface.
- If the top is cut or sanded, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane or mineral oil.
- Refinish as needed using Wood Welded® Emmet’s Good Stuff® or equivalent.
Modifying the top (cutouts, machining, etc.) will void the factory warranty.
