Wood Top Care & Maintenance
- Clean daily with warm soapy water; avoid abrasive powders.
- Wipe spills promptly—do not allow standing moisture.
- If you cut, sand, or machine the top, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane gel.
- Refinish as desired when heavy knife work dulls the factory finish.
- For unfinished blocks, oil once a day for the first week, once a week for a month, then monthly.
