Built for busy bake shops, restaurants, and institutional kitchens, the Advance Tabco BGT-304R combines a rock-solid galvanized base with a premium hard-maple work surface. The result is a prep table that stands up to constant dough work, icing, and plating—while keeping your most-used utensils organized in three easy-glide drawers.

Wood Top Care & Maintenance

  • Clean daily with warm soapy water; avoid abrasive powders.
  • Wipe spills promptly—do not allow standing moisture.
  • If you cut, sand, or machine the top, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane gel.
  • Refinish as desired when heavy knife work dulls the factory finish.
  • For unfinished blocks, oil once a day for the first week, once a week for a month, then monthly.
