• Clean daily with warm soapy water or a mild countertop cleaner—avoid abrasive powders.
• Do not let moisture stand on the surface for prolonged periods.
• If the top is cut, sanded or otherwise modified, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane such as Wood Welded® Emmet’s Good Stuff®.
