Care & Maintenance
- Clean with mild soapy water or common countertop cleaners—avoid abrasive powders.
- Wipe spills promptly; do not allow standing moisture on the wood.
- If the top is cut or sanded, reseal immediately with a food-safe urethane gel finish.
- For unfinished areas, oil regularly with food-grade mineral oil following the “once a day, once a week, once a month” rule.

- 35% restocking fee and return freight/crating fees apply
