Description
The Admiral Craft ST-120/2 is a stationary electric steam table with two 8-inch-deep open wells lined with galvanized steel. It features a stainless steel body, galvanized steel legs, an adjustable stainless steel undershelf, and a full-width polycarbonate cutting board.
Two individually controlled 750-watt heating elements use infinite control switches. Each compartment is insulated on all four sides and the bottom, and a red indicator light stays on while the compartment is heating.
The unit operates at 120 V and 1,500 W with a NEMA 6-20P plug. The wells are designed for full-size spillage pans; pans are not included.
