Description
The Admiral Craft PW36I is a mobile, insulated heater proofer cabinet for heated holding and dough proofing. It accommodates up to 36 full-size 18 x 26 inch sheet pans with 1-1/2 inches of clearance between slides. Pans are not included.

- Heating and proofing: Adjustable heating reaches up to 185°F, while proof mode adjusts humidity from 35% to 95% and temperature up to 115°F.
