The AccuTemp Steam'N'Hold™ uses patented vacuum technology to create powerful, low-moisture steam inside a sealed cavity—right on your counter and from only 3 gal of water. Fast-cook, low-temp steam and automatic holding modes give you precise, repeatable results with zero boiler maintenance.
