The AccuTemp Evolution N61201D060 DBL is a double-stacked, stand-mounted natural gas connectionless boilerless convection steamer with two compartments.
- Each compartment holds six 12 in. x 20 in. x 2-1/2 in. deep pans.
- Steam Vector Technology uses no moving parts inside the cooking chamber.
- No water or drain connection, filtration, or treatment is required.
- Digital controls include a temperature display and independent programmable timer.
- The reinforced 14 ga. 304 stainless steel cavity includes dishwasher-safe pan racks and steam collector and distributor panels.
