Model ALTLGB-40F • AccuTempBuilt for high-volume, batch-cooking environments that refuse to compromise on consistency, the Edge Series™ 40 Gallon Tilting Kettle delivers rock-solid performance, intuitive controls, and industry-leading safety. Its fully jacketed, self-contained steam system and deep-drawn 316 stainless liner give you rapid, even heating while the ergonomic low-rim design simplifies pouring and cleaning.
Key Performance Features
- 40 gal (151 L) capacity lets you prepare up to 640 one-cup servings at once.
- Gas-fired, fully jacketed vessel rated at 30 PSI for fast, uniform heat transfer.
- 316 stainless-steel liner resists corrosion from acidic foods and cleaning chemicals.
- AccuTemp Kettle Protection System: pressure relief valve, air eliminator & low-water cut-off with indicator light.
- Thermostatic temperature control, 150 °F – 260 °F (65 °C – 126 °C).
- Electronic ignition (120 V, 1 A) with safety pilot and flame failure shut-off.
- Full 3″-14″ body insulation keeps exterior surfaces cool and energy use low.
- Self-locking, permanently lubricated worm-gear tilt with cut-off switch for safe, controlled pouring.
- Rugged 2″ tubular 304-stainless support frame with adjustable flanged feet.
