3M Purification DWS160-L Drinking Water Filtration System, 2.5 GPM, 0.2 Micron, 6,000-Gallon Capacity
The 3M™ DWS160-L drinking water filtration system is designed for drinking water and cold beverage applications at flow rates up to 2.5 gpm. It combines a single cartridge with fixed flow control in the head assembly and a rated capacity of 6,000 gallons.
The system reduces cysts, bacteria, particulate, chlorine taste and odor, lead, benzene, and P-Dichlorobenzene. It includes an integrated mounting bracket, 3/8 inch NPT inlet and outlet connections, and a sanitary quick-change cartridge design.

Sanitary Quick Change cartridge
The encapsulated cartridge design supports cartridge change-outs with a 1/4 turn and requires no contact with the filter media.
Fixed flow control
The head assembly incorporates a fixed flow control.
Integrated mounting bracket
The system includes a head assembly with an integrated mounting bracket and one cartridge filter.
Plumbing connections
The inlet and outlet connections are 3/8 inch NPT horizontal ports.
NSF certification
The system is certified by NSF to Standard 53 for reduction of cysts, lead, benzene, and P-Dichlorobenzene.
Cartridge maintenance
The cartridge requires no pre-activation and should be replaced every 12 months, at rated capacity, or sooner if flow noticeably decreases.
