Model FC-6IH-06208 | 81 ¼" W × 26" D | 208-240 VDeliver superior hot-food holding without the hassle of water baths. Vollrath’s six-well modular induction dry well uses twin induction capsules in every well to heat food evenly, precisely and efficiently—perfect for buffets, cafeterias and production lines that demand both flexibility and presentation-ready quality.

- Waterless design—no drains, plumbing or daily deliming required.
- Six independent wells with dedicated power & temperature controls.
- Three selectable power levels (Low / Medium / High) or set holding temps from 140–190 °F.
- Two induction capsules per well create 12 separate heat zones; operate each zone independently or sync for a full-pan heat blanket.
- Each well accepts :
- (1) full-size steam table pan, 2 ½" or 4" deep, or
- (2) half-size pans, 2 ½" or 4" deep (pans sold separately).
- Master power switch turns all wells on/off with a single touch.
- 300-series stainless steel flange and wells match surrounding equipment and resist corrosion.
- Sealed-well construction prevents spills from leaking into the base cabinet.
- Includes gasket & mounting clips for counters up to 3" thick; 55" control-panel cable for flexible placement.
- 6' power cord with NEMA 6-30P plug—no hard-wiring needed (dedicated circuit recommended).
