Give guests perfectly held entrées without the hassle of water baths. The FC-6IH-04208 uses next-generation induction to create two precise heat zones in every well—letting you mix and match menu items while keeping foods fresh, safe and ready to serve.

Key Advantages

  • Four independent dry induction wells—no plumbing, drains or lime scale.
  • Two induction capsules per well provide separate left/right zones that can be synced or controlled individually.
  • Holding temperature range of 140-190 °F (60-88 °C) plus three quick-select power levels (Low/Medium/High).
  • Accepts
    • One full-size Vollrath induction-ready pan (2 ½" or 4" deep) per well, or
    • Two half-size pans (2 ½" or 4" deep) per well.
  • Individual heat & power controls for each well, plus a master power switch to shut the entire unit off at once.
  • Waterless design reduces energy use, food waste and cleanup time.
  • Seamless stainless-steel flange blends with surrounding equipment; fits the same cut-out as other Vollrath drop-ins for easy retrofit.
  • Ships with a 6 ft (1.8 m) cord and NEMA 6-20P plug—no hard-wiring required.
