Installation & operation

- Ensure unrestricted intake & exhaust ventilation underneath the counter.
- Mounting clips and perimeter gasket are supplied for counters up to 3" (7.6 cm) thick.
- Use only Vollrath induction-ready pans for optimal performance (pans sold separately).
