22" Curved Breath Guard • Integrated ANSUL R-102 • (2) Mirage® 59501DV Induction Hobs

Designed for front-of-house theatre cooking, the Vollrath V-Class Downdraft Vent System combines high-efficiency induction, a recirculating UL 710B vent module and factory-mounted ANSUL® R-102 fire suppression—no roof-top ductwork required. Simply roll it in, plug it into a single 120 V circuit and start cooking.
