Ventless mobile cooking station with 22" curved breath guard, induction hob & integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppressionCreate a true “chef-to-guest” experience anywhere in the dining room. Built on Vollrath’s heavy-duty 4-Series base, the Signature Server® combines a high-efficiency Mirage® induction range with a self-contained downdraft recirculating hood and factory-installed fire suppression—no dedicated hood, duct or make-up air required. Simply roll it in, plug it into a standard 120 V outlet and start cooking.
