Model 69718S-1-S | Integrated ANSUL R-102 Fire Suppression & Mirage® InductionBring live-action cooking anywhere in the house—without a Type I hood. Vollrath’s 4-Series Signature Server® combines a ventless downdraft system, built-in fire suppression and a high-efficiency Mirage® induction hob into a single, mobile platform that is UL listed for front-of-the-house operation.
